It contains surfactants recommended by the American Library of Congress and Canadian Conservation Institute specifically for vinyl records. To aid in dispersion and drying, it contains a very small amount of pure isopropyl alcohol (completely safe for vinyl records, but not shellac or acetate records or 78s).
